Mike brings deep healthcare, technology and consulting expertise to his
role. He has over 30 years of experience building technology and
operational capabilities for health plans and other health businesses. Mike
joins Gainwell from PwC, where he was a senior advisor providing counsel
to C-suite executives across multiple healthcare sectors.

At PwC, Mike led the Transformation Consulting unit, a $4 billion business
spanning strategy, customer, operations, M&A, finance, workforce and
industry technology across all commercial sectors. Before that, he was
president of Ciox Health. He also has served as the chief technology officer
of Aetna.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Indiana University – Bloomington and an
MBA in information technology from Northern Illinois University.
