Peter Gray
Peter Gray is a senior vice president, general manager – New England sector at Gainwell Technologies, overseeing key accounts and serving as a thought leader for strategic national initiatives.

He collaborates closely with Gainwell’s implementation and client teams to facilitate precise execution of large-scale system Design, Develop and Implement (DDI) projects, empowering agencies and organizations to serve their providers and members from day one.

Previously, Peter served as senior vice president and general manager in the Office of the COO at Gainwell. In this role, he oversaw the Implementation Practice to ensure the successful delivery of DDI projects for numerous states. His influential leadership played a pivotal role in crafting the blueprint for consistently executing projects on time and within budget.

Peter is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in health information technology, fiscal agent operations and senior leadership roles. His career spans positions at statewide Medicaid fiscal agents, involvement in MMIS system implementations across multiple states and regional leadership roles overseeing P&L, new business development and government relations at both local and state executive levels.

He earned a Master of Science in criminal justice and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
