He excels in developing, selling and implementing unique solutions to address multifaceted, complex and politically sensitive challenges while ensuring client and business outcomes exceed expectations. A trusted leader in the Medicaid healthcare industry, Rich drives success for Gainwell while delivering valuable solutions to clients.
Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. He has served as a sitting member of the Wisconsin Technology Council board of directors.
